Supersonic - Worse ISP ever - Do not bother getting WiFi with them

First experience with Supersonic was a disaster, they did not know what they were doing at all ... it took them 3 months just to assist me with getting WiFi - at first their excuse was my address had to be different due to the main building having WiFi already (we were in the granny cottage) and now we relocated in October 2020 and have had no WiFi since the 15th of October 2020, they told us SADV/Vuma Village does not have stock of the ONT and cannot complete installation and its been 21 days and still nobody can give me an answer as to when exactly i will get my WiFi up and running

zero customer service - everyone always has to "escalate" things to get answers and when they do get back to customers, Its always lies

they seriously do not understand customer service at all!!!

should be closed down and rather become a hospital!
