Supersonic with super**** service!

I canceled my afrihost package a month ago and decided to go with supersonic in my new house. Why supersonic? Coz apparently it was the best in SA according to Google. So I contacted supersonic sales team and requested for Fibre to be installed. I did this a month in advance so there would be no delays. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting for a response from supersonic. They operate from a whatsapp and I've contacted them 3 times since a month ago. Absolutely no response at all. I just wanted to know do the guys at supersonic even work? I mean nobody acknowledged any of my messages. Absolutely pathetic service! I can't imagine having it installed and if there's a issue I would probably have to wait 6 months before the issue can be sorted! Anyway... Back to afrihost I go!
