Supersonic will close down.

This is probably the worst service provider in South Africa. Having a background in IT and Networking dealing with this comany is impossable. Everytime a technician comes to ceck the line they say its brokena dn another department must repair it after 4 months of no service and no one calling back the client canceled the contract and went with another service provider that resolved the problem within a day. The worst part of this is, Super sonic charged the client the monthly fee for a service that didnt work and they carried on debiting the client after the accoutn was closed. the client needed to close their bank account because of this. Horrible company and horrible support and client service. They will close withing a year.
