Supersonic Wifi technicality issue
I'm. having the issue my router stuck on 3G and No internet connection, I've tried several method restarting the router going to settings checking the apn settings if are still okay, the fact is that when I select 4G it fails and provide no signal on the router,but when I select 3G the router gives a signal but it stays ReD it doesn't give the blue even if I select Auto on the network settings

Please open a browser on your laptop or cellphone and type 192.168.8.1 on the URL field and press enter
Username: admin
password: a1b2c3d4e5
Then go the Settings> Dial-Up > Profile Management. The settings should be as below
Profile name: supersonic ( all letters should be lower case)
Username and password should be blank
APN: ws.supersonic.fwa (all letters should be lower case)
Please check the Preferred network is set to "AUTO"
