Supersonic WiFi pathetic

One star is actually to much. They are useless in the beginning they were fine but now I report an issue and no feedback not from the customer care or the website. I've got two outstanding tickets but nothing happens. This is not the first review I'm doing on them. They post on Hello Peter they contacted me and I'm still waiting for them to contact me. I thought my previous internet provider were useless but they beat them.
