Supersonic wifi not working

I have had my wifi for almost a year now. I started with the 100GB day and 100GB night package and I was impressed with it , It worked very well and had faster connection. Which resulted in me upgrading to an uncapped 5G network same service provider that is MTN. My wifi has not been working well . The internet connection comes and goes and it’s worse after 6 , I can’t do anything. I work from home and I am struggling because sometimes I have to but data and hotspot from my phone whereas I paid my wifi. I have calling and sending emails. I logged many tickets to complain and report the issue with no help. This is exhausting and frustrating because I pay alot of money for this one and honestly I wouldn’t recommend this supersonic wifi and MTN to anyone.
