Supersonic WiFi access horrific
Why is Supersonic Fibre always down in Florida Park, Roodepoort? I need this service 24 hours a day due to work and various other important reasons. WiFi is off a couple hours a day and when you enquire it is always the same story. Send photos of WiFi box and modem, serial numbers, switch off and on etc etc. Why do we still get billed for the entire month when we have no WiFi for a big portion of the month?
