Supersonic wifi

Very very very bad service, I ordered from supersonic wifi and gave them all my details and captured a I dress I don't even know, when I was supposed to receive the parcel, the courier told me that my delivery was unsuccessful because the address was invalid, without even calling me to inform me, when I called them they told me they can't deliver anymore because the address was invalid I'll have to wait for 3 to 5 days for the parcel to be delivered and Supersonic gave the courier the wrong address. When I called Supersonic to check the address they have on the system was the correct one but they sent the wrong one to the courier indeed, and I was so disappointed and hurt since I needed the parcel ASAP😭😭😭now I have to wait another 2 to 5 days to get my parcel of which it was their fault for my parcel to not be delivered and they didn't even apologize or make means for my parcel to be delivered on time.
