Supersonic WhatsApp non existent

I can not understand why on a normal work day . You are not able to assist in normal business hours. You so openly ask you long standing clients to speak to you on WhatsApp. Than the reply takes 19 hours. When you do reply and request the client to interact and follow a instruction, again it takes hours for you to reply . I am not happy . I have been a client of Nepic and this is the service we get .

I have 3 accounts with your company. Come on people
