Supersonic whatsapp is a joke

There whatsapp number is a joke. They cut you off without answering your questions and then hours later they will suddenly ask how can they help just to ignore you again. Try phone them- you will hold forever. After actually having internet now Supersonic/Vumatel the pictures on the tv freezes or gets jumpy. That is what I want them to help sort out
