Supersonic Vuma - absolutely pathetic!!!

This is by far the WORST service ever. I app**** for Vuma wifi on 23.11.25, to date there has been no installation. When I called to follow up it was established that the line was connected to the wrong address, just imagine, i provided the correct address and was advised that it would be escalated, they would disconnect the incorrect line and come out to install. I have been charged a pro-rata, still no connection, every follow up is being escalated in vein. I have considered cancelling and trying a different service provider, but the thought of getting my refund, I would probably have to whistle through my a**!!! A person is fed the same bull**** in different flavours on every follow up call. This is F#*"en absolutely frustrating🤬🤬🤬
