Supersonic / Vodacom Fibre is very slow

Having so many issues with Supersonic Vodacom Fibre in Meyerton. I pay for a 40mbps down and 40mbps upload. Durning the day the speed is perfect getting what I pay for 40/40 with 11 ping but from 6pm until about 11pm everyday now it drops to between 1-4mbps and 280 ping, which is not acceptable. Streaming is very pixelated, and it is impossible to play games online at that speed and ping/latency. I have called many times and they say someone will call me back and no surprise, no one calls me back. I am going to cancell my fibre. Vodacom cant deliver what they say but will charge you for a service they cant provide.
