Supersonic Very Dissapointed Service
Good morning Since my last complaint and subsequent response from Thando/Supersonic I was promised that someone at Supersonic would call me. To date no one has. I am so dissapointed.

I have no words to describe your unprofessional service. To date after all the emails messages and instructions to cancel my service I received no response from you. My notice was sent on the 16th of April 2021. Surely you could have sent me a cancellation letter by now or a courtesy call as purported by your consultants. I am utterly disgusted. I expect closure on this matter.
