Supersonic very bad customer service

Supersonic very bad customer service ,have cancelled my service due to very bad internet speed in June, in August they can to collect the router after i posted a review on hello peter, I was told refund will be done once they have received the router back they have had the router back for 2 weeks but still no refund i have sent emails to Supersonic and tried calling but no one gets back to you,

Hi Was told by one on your agents that the refund will be done by friday the 2nd of September,i called the call centre today and they say it still waiting for approval from finance, this has been going on for 2 months and getting different stories from Supersonic, can someone please contact me that can give me answers
