supersonic useless isp

More down time than I ever had with Telkom and I haven't even been with supersonic for 1 year... Got a 20Mbps fibre account and yet I'm getting 2Mbps. Try and contact support... what support??? been having issues for 5 days and still waiting for a response from day 1.. Absolutely useless!!! Would not recommend at all, regret joining useless isp that doesn't care about support or client satisfaction... but this is the new SA... so not really surprised as everything is ****ed anyway.. you're officially the worst isp I've ever been with
