SUPERSONIC - USELESS FALSE ADVERTISING

We are using Supersonic to run our business and for the last 3 months had so many times where we have no internet or Wifi for 5 hours at a time. This week we have had an outage for 5 days where we can not run our business properly. No one can help us they keep on transferring us and say its a tower fault or they are not sure. We have paid for the month but they wont credit us at all. Service is terrible, customer service over the phone even worse. They are the worse company to use you never guaranteed of any connections, And there is no Supervisor or manager that can help I WILL NEVER USE SUPERSONIC AGAIN
