Supersonic - Useless even after writing a review on Hello Peter

I have reported Supersonic previously on Hello Peter. One of their employees did make contact with me, however, after that there was nothing. I asked for updates however I did not receive one. Please can you guys sort out my issue and pick up your router, I do not want to be debited again. I am honestly tired of this company. It's like you have to go to their offices to get things done. Most pathetic service ever!!!
