Supersonic - useless!

I have been a Supersonic customer for 2 years and part of the agreement of the contract was that the installation fee with Vumatel would be settled provided I remain a customer for at least 12 months. I have been fighting an endless battle with *********** staff at Supersonic who promise to resolve the query but then never get back to me. I have been dealing with Francois Allison who has been ignoring me for the last 2 months when I try to follow up on the query. It is unreal how poor your service is Supersonic!! Never mind the fact that your packages are so over-priced - I am moving on to a more reliable ISP...
