Supersonic useless

I have cancell with them last year October.They need to pay me back R529.It is almost end of May and still nothing.Every time I call they promise to escalate the matter and yet nothing.They do not even call or email with updates you as client must call them.I am still waiting for them to send the courier to come pickup the router that I decided to sell the router for my money they do not want to pay back.Useless company
