Supersonic Useless!

I have been a loyal supporter of Supersonic for years. Lately it has become terrible and useless. For the past week we have been down for an hour and up for a couple of minutes. Everytime we have to switch off the router and wait then switch on. A few minutes later down again. Report a problem on their whatsapp line and no response, because the line goes down again. Seems like they have lost interest in their loyal clients. I have always promoted them to my friends and family, now i am sorry. It is useless to try and even contact support. Even while publishing this review, i had to reset the router 5 times!
