Supersonic useless

Useless and poor management and customer service I'm still waiting for the managing director Carolyn Holgate to contact me and the CEO Calvin Collette. It's 3 day's now and no service the rooter is the problem *** was here for more than 5 hours and tested everything and the fault is at the supersonic do not pick up the *** address of the rooter. I will never advise anyone to use their service .They only work remotely and do not have technical support or technician to resolve it at you premises they only help you over the phone
