Supersonic useless
unfortunately there is not a zero star rating as this is what these idiots deserve I app**** for a fixed lte line did all the payments uploaded all documents as required and then got completely ignored when you phone them they do not answer the phones when you do manage to get trough on the technical problem line and ask to speak to a manager they just don't transfer you to a manager or just put the phone down on you I really can't see how they got rated as one of the best internet service providers in SA I cancelled the service from them and not one person has even phoned me to ask what is the reason for canceling the service
i would definitely not recommend them as it has been a long time since dealing with such an *********** company

i am phoning your client care numbers no one is answering
i am saying again please do not use this company and everyone that is battling with them should lay a complaint against them at ICASA lets start shutting down these *********** companies
