Absolutely ********** Service – Stay Far Away from Supersonic Fibre!

****mers and *****sters!!! Stay AWAY PEOPLE!!!!

We were with Supersonic Fibre for 6 months on their 1000mb download / 500mb upload package. Not once did we receive anywhere near those speeds – in fact, not even half of what we were paying for. The service was already unacceptable, but the nightmare only started when we tried to cancel.

My partner and I sent over 80 emails combined (I personally sent more than 60!) and made well over 100 calls trying to reach someone at Supersonic. Not a single person ever rep****. For over two months we were ignored completely – no email response, no returned calls, no acknowledgement at all. It felt like we were shouting into the void.

Out of pure frustration, we moved to another internet provider, only to find that Supersonic is still billing us for a service we cancelled repeatedly and are now even threatening to blacklist us. This is beyond shocking and feels like a ****.

Supersonic Fibre has shown themselves to be ***********, unreachable, and completely *************. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity – do not ever sign up with them!! They are useless ! Please take my word on this everyone!!! They are ****mers !!!
