Supersonic top up issue

SO I buy R70 topup online from these clowns, They fail to deliver the data, claims it was a technical error on their side but still made me go to the actual bank to go draw a statement so I can get my R70 data...No apology...(I wonder why they have the online feature if I still had to go to my bank)and it took them a week of hardcore customer abuse...and still NO APOLOGY! I hope your prospective clients read this and seriously reconsider not using this company, They are not who they claim to be and the service is really shocking. It now also seems as if all my previous complaints have been deleted and I have been blocked on Facebook. All for R70 worth of data! Well done and thanks for showing your true colors and inability to keep my data flowing. Also just to warn others here that your nighttime data will work some days and other days it wont work at all..Again a technical error on their side, no apology, no amends..Just take take take and not give back! ..Call me a ****, Lets see how long before you close your doors!
