Worst Service I've ever experienced. Whenever I have a service issue or technical issue, dont try calling their support line, and if you manage to actually speak to someone, It is impossible to speak to a manager anywhere. after a couple months of a dreadful service, I cancelled my account my account and was charged R2248.82 as a clawback, after the clawback I was still being charged for the service, I tried to get this cancelled by calling them but even their own call centre staff complain and talk ill of their own company. I have got case number 801606-p5l9ko. These poor people are trying to help me but they do not even have the support on their end to help me. I was trying to do a reversal - They kept telling me they will answer in 15 days - this was 30 days later. The answer changed to - we dont have your banking details to do the refund... Eventualy I had to go to the bank to reverse it before 40 days. Now I get SMS's telling me I owe them money... Very quick to send an SMS but no one wants to hear me talk? Theives & ***** you are Supersonic. You went from Top 3 ISP in SA to 13th in 2 years because of this appauling service. God's Judgement is upon you.
