Account supposed to be cancelled the 31st October, they ***** my money on the 1st November, then tell me the account was suspended, then they refuse to release the line, holding it hostage, for what, I do not know.

After speaking to numerous managers, my line is still with them, I guess this is their idea of retaining customers.
