Supersonic - They should drop the “super” in their name… maybe the sonic part too!

Can we not give minus five stars… or even 10? Been with this SP for approximately 7 years. Back then, service was excellent. Now, there is no such thing as service! Tickets get opened and nothing gets done for weeks. Follow-throughs are non-existent. Followed up today on a ticket I opened 9 days ago, had an obnoxious (REALLY obnoxious) attendant on the other side and a new ticket was opened. I now have 3 tickets for the same issue. Absolutely fed up with this useless business! I will be giving notice and going to join the SP that sounds like “box”. Their reputation is way better than this pathetic excuse of an SP - and they’re cheaper! Save yourselves the trouble of singing up with them. They have no idea as to what they’re doing!! I’m done!
