Supersonic ther worst service provider on earth

The absolute worst service ever experienced in my life. I go through this every two years where I have to grapple with an unhelpful, arrogant business that never replies to queries and where you can never reach a supervisor to talk to. It always ends up in a fight and extended timeframes to address line issues. It is impossible to believe that businesses such as these simply don't care about their clients. Not only do they (a) not deal with the technical issues, but they also (b) lie to clients about upgrades (confirming that upgrades have been done while they have not been done), (c) they ignore eMails sent to them and (d) they never come back to you.
