SUPERSONIC - THEE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
SUPERSONIC HAS THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE CAN GIVE PROPER FEEDBACK. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF CALLING AND WAITING, THEY TELL ME MY AREA IS NOT COVERED. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. THEIR SERVICE IS ON PAR WITH GOVERNMNET AGENCIES, IF NOT WORSE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE OR GIVE A DAMN!
