Supersonic - the worst ISP out there

Saying that their customer service and support is poor would be giving these guys a compliment. I have never ever come across a company that is as shocking as this one. Trying to get someone to even answer the phone is impossible and the WhatsApp support is even more pathetic and all they ever ask for is a speed test even when you tell them that you have hardware issues and the fiber box is overheating. My advice to anyone is stay away from these guys - STAY FAR AWAY!!!
