Supersonic - the worst ISP ever

I wish I could give them 0 stars...

My line speed went from 100/100 to 50/50 with no explanation at all. I have tried contacting Supersonic on numerous occasions via WhatsApp, telephone as well as logging cases. The only response that I have received to date was on the case that I logged where they asked me to do a speed test which confirmed that my speed was 50/50. After sending a screenshot and re-asking my question, they then just closed the ticket with no response.

I am so sorry that I signed up with these guys. I also understand that when you cancel with an ISP, they need to release the line so that you can get onto a new ISP. Will these guys ever even release the line when I cancel?

If you are looking for an ISP, please choose anyone other than Supersonic as I can honestly say that they are the worst out there.
