Supersonic the worst all round fibre to the Home with Service and speeds.

I have cancelled my Supersonic Fibre to the home on the 21st of July due to bad service and bad internet connections, the internet you pay for is never what you get and when you phone them, they are no help at all. It is now end September and they still have not release my line so I can not get a new service provider. Supersonic is the worst service provider ever and their call centre always wants to escalate and nothing gets done after, or they will phone you back because the supervisors are alway to busy and cannot speak to you. This is the worst call centre, so if you are with Supersonic and you want to cancelle get ready for a long fight before they do anything. I will never in my life recommend Supersonic.
