Supersonic - the S is probably stands for ****!

What a **** company. It has happened numerous times that they have locked my account. For what reason, I do not know, as my debit orders go off. Only when I decide to cancel my service, do they want to tend to my problem. It's been nearly two months that my account has been locked and nearly 3 weeks since an agent contacted me, still nothing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, unless it's someone I dislike. I don't tend to complain, but this is seriously pathetic. I cannot wait for the month of June to pass so that I can get rid of this service provider.
