SUPERSONIC THE EXTREMELY POOR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

this is a worse ISP i ever expirienced i have placed an oder online on a special they had and an upfront charge of one thousand rand was made only to find out for nothing order was not delivered for three weeks no updates than i decided to cancel the order took days fighting for cancellation than it was a success at last next step refund until today after two months no refund i call different stories ever day every week your refund is with the managewment for approval someone will call you from the accounts department to finalise everything no transfer me to that department its not posible transfer me to the person responsible handling my case still not posible help me than i cant im just the front line agant i dot have authority why you are even there if you cant help with anything all you do is escalating this company hierarchy is very poor like the company it self im so disappointed after so much trust to them.
