Supersonic Terrible Service delivery

I received my order confirmation for Supersonic on the 29th from Vumatel. I WhatsApped 5 times to find out what the status is of my order with no response. The phone line is not much better. After the 5th attempt at the phone line I finally got through to someone that said that they couldn't fin my order on their system. This is unbelievable. Why is my order not loaded yet if you states on your WhatsApp that there is a 7 to 14 working day waiting period but my order still doesn't reflect. I urgently need to know when my installation will take place or should I rather go for another service provider that would respond quicker??????
