Supersonic - Terrible service and incorrect billing

why is my account on R11 000? your whatapp line doesnt work, calls dont go through. the equipment for the air fibre was picked up months ago yet it is still reflecting on my statement. i have logged numerous calls and i have called many time but still, its there. logs get closed but nothing changes. when will this be resolved? it is becoming ridiculous. and i will not pay that bill until all of this is rectified.
