Supersonic - Terrible service and admin. Do not use

Service is shocking. Yesterday (13 Sept) got told I have arrears but I’m on their debit order. Then I get cut off on a Sunday when accounts are not open. Nonetheless I paid the arrears they needed and then took another 30 mins on the phone. The agent says she will escalate to her supervisor to reconnect. I told her that’s not acceptable. It must be connected right away. They happy to take your cash but not deliver. I will be looking for another provider
