Supersonic terrible service

Supersonic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Been a bumpy road from the get go , however today was the final straw . Our account has been suspended for non payment despite us never missing a payment in 2 years .Even emailed them 2 years worth of debit order payments ! Worst is you can’t get hold of them . I’m done with this company and would highly recommend steering clear of them if you’re after a reliable company !
