Supersonic - terrible service

First I was told I owe some subscription money for 2019, after back and forth phone calls and my services suspended within an hour of receiving an sms notification about outstanding amount, I decided to end the misery by paying the said amount. I also send a cancellation notice since I wanted to move over to another service provider, few days later my service was suspended, first I was told it was due to loadshedding, then it was the router, then it was "we really cant find the problem", this despite the fact that I had paid for the month in question. The calls would take anything from 30min to be answered, to over an hour of holding up whilst they are fault-finding or escalating the problem. I wouldn't recommend Supersonic to anyone who depends on WiFi, especially since working from home is the norm.
