Supersonic terrible experience as new client

Absolutely sad and terrible experience. I am a new client and already im having such a terrible experience with Super sonic. They added surprise charges and when I complained about internet cut after paying, they ignore you . I have requested for help, went to their offices so many times and got no help. There is a consultant Mthetho and he was so helpful but now he left because he couldn’t cope with how the company was treating its clients If I knew that this company would be a nightmare i would have not taken the service. Im looking at the reviews i would have not taken this ugly service
