Supersonic terrible customer service

I’m currently battling with supersonic over the price adjustment they have now placed for the next upcoming months. It doesn’t sit well with me and I’ve tried to find ways to get a hold of them to either downgrade my current service or either I cancel my membership but to no surprise there isn’t any response. I’ve bought so much airtime to sit on a 1 hour call being placed on hold or to nobody answering the call. They as well take double the amount of the debit payment I pay without my knowledge. It’s extremely difficult. I’ve tried to change my subscription option on my account and as well as emailed them with a ticket so they can help me. It has been a terrible experience and I hope they don’t receive anymore customers with how *********** and careless they are.
