Supersonic Technical Support what a joke!

Where do I even begin to explain my experience dealing with Supersonic's agents. They drop the calls before even giving you time to explain your issue. Like the airtime we have is given to us for free. They are rude, *********** agents who cannot do the job they hired to do. When we ask them to escalate to a major the say they can't. No one cares at Supersonic. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved! As my ISP they are supposed to tackle any problem I am experiencing. Not expect me to do all their work for them.Waste of time, money and effort.
