Supersonic tech support non existent

I have been having issues with my internet for the last 3 weeks, decided to contact their support Ticket # [SST621256] // Issue with order: SSL***3 logged on the 7th of march and up until today no one has even responded to the support ticket. this is a complete joke to say the least. I am sitting with an internet provider providing me with a blistering speed of 1Mbts/s, are we in 1980's but yet they charge me full price each month for this. and don't even try to phone them you WILL be on hold waiting for someone to answer for at least 30min and then be told oh sorry we will reset something and then puts the phone down and yet nothing has been done to solve the issue
