Supersonic tech assistance...pathetic

Sub standard technical support. Supersonic has this so called Whatsapp tech support system. Sound great in theory, but when gets only the 2 most common and stupid questions over a 6 hour period (begging for assistance) the it's quite obvious that the process is a total failure. Or maybe the tech consultant on shift at that stage? Afternoon of 13March20, between 14.00 and 20.00. Pathetic! Calvin, you should be aware of this.
