Pathetic support
Call centre : No answer for long waiting time WhatsApp Support : Takes 1h30min for agent for first respond. 4 hours later still no resolution - Can't locate a cancellation email sent a month ago as per their policy requirements.
Worst don't even bother wasting your time with them
