Supersonic (SuperTERRIBLE)

USELESS ISP. Nepic sold our small complex's contracts to this JOKE of an isp. I requested an upgrade during the first week of May and were told i have to wait until the 1st of june for the ugprade to be activated (really??? in this day and age??) but ok, i said no probs i will wait almost a month.

1st of June comes and goes and no upgrade, get in touch via their USELESS whatsapp support nr and they just tell me multiple times "an agent will be in touch". Been 9 days and still no upgrade, and guess what? Going to cancel my contract ASAP with these losers.

My advice - stay FAR AWAY from this joke of an ISP, no support and no service. And dont even try the phone nr, they simply dont answer.
