Supersonic Superstars

Absolutely shocking service from Supersonic I've been having terrible service since beginning of February 2021 and have contacted Superstars many times and all they say sorry and ask you to reset. Which is the first thing I do when I have a issue they are absolutely useless there whatsapp also useless. You never get a reference number and never contact you back. You cannot send a email and if you ask to speak to a superior it just does not happen I am currently waiting for Kuben to contac me been waiting for 2 hours. I am now so frustrated that I am going to stop paying until they sort out the problem
