Supersonic - superslow

they are shocking not sure why they called super stars. Been trying to get my signal checked as I run a cable from my router to android box and keeps buffering with a 20 mps download. Had to wait 18 minutes on the phone and got cut off after being number 1 in the que. Supersonic is not recommended as the after service is shocking.
