Supersonic -> SUPER USELESS

The only thing super about Supersonic is their level of incompetence. I requested an upgrade a few weeks ago, and it still did not happen. The call center agents keeps on escalating my case and always promises that PMO will contact me. I never once heard from PMO. They can't put me in direct contact with PMO and PMO never comes back to their clients, so we must just accept this pathetic service !!!!!
