Supersonic - Super Useless

I was crazy enough to attempt moving to Supersonic for fibre to my home. You hold on forever on their "Superstar" telephone line. No response on their Whatsapp chat line. No response to emails.

Supersonic cannot confirm installation of my fibre service. I decided to cancel before even starting my contract.

But, Supersonic have now taken ownership of my fibre line and I cannot get the line released. Get transferred to every department but still cannot get my line released. Absolutely pathetic service.
